Bespoke Workshops
Designed around your context, your people and what really matters
We design and facilitate practical, engaging workshops that take a coaching approach — supporting people to build insight, confidence and clear actions they can take straight back into their work. Every session is bespoke, shaped around your organisation, your people and the outcomes you want to achieve.
Workshops can be delivered online or in person, as standalone sessions, part of conferences or away days, or woven into wider development programmes. Session lengths can be mixed to suit your needs, and we provide workbooks or worksheets to support reflection and help embed learning beyond the session itself.
Working Together
Facilitated in partnership with Fiona Street Coaching
Fiona and I work as a facilitation partnership, combining a coaching mindset with practical organisational experience. We create reflective, engaging spaces where people can think clearly, speak honestly and explore new perspectives grounded in their real work. Our sessions are purposeful and practical — helping individuals and teams make sense of challenges, focus on what matters, and identify actions that will make a genuine difference.
We work in a coaching-style way, encouraging participation, reflection and meaningful dialogue rather than traditional “sit and listen” training. This involves slowing things down just enough for people to step out of day-to-day busyness, build self-awareness, practise practical tools, and leave with clear, usable actions they can apply immediately to support confidence, ownership and more effective ways of working together.
Our Workshops
These workshops give a flavour of what we’ve delivered previously. We always shape sessions around your people, context and desired outcomes.
Control the Controllables
A practical workshop focused on managing attention, energy and mindset in busy, pressured environments. Participants explore what is within their control, learn techniques to reset when situations feel overwhelming, and practise strategies to maintain focus and personal agency. They leave with tools to manage pressure effectively, make clearer decisions, and take practical approaches back into their teams.
Leading with Curiosity
An interactive workshop for managers and leaders at all levels who want to use coaching approaches to support confidence, ownership and development. Participants explore what coaching is, practise the mindset and behaviours that make conversations effective, and apply tools such as listening, questioning and structuring conversations to real, everyday leadership situations.
Showing Up Well
A reflective and practical workshop focused on what makes presentations effective, engaging and memorable. The session builds self-awareness around preparation, presence and communication style, helping leaders identify strengths and areas for development. Participants practise techniques, receive feedback, and leave with strategies to improve impact in future presentations.
Braver Conversations
A workshop designed to build confidence and clarity when handling challenging or sensitive conversations. Participants practise skills such as listening with empathy, managing emotions, and giving and receiving feedback. The session equips participants to keep conversations constructive, maintain trust and deliver outcomes while using practical approaches immediately.
Understanding Ourselves and Others
A workshop exploring individual and team communication and behavioural preferences using the DISC framework. Participants receive a personal report, and teams can see how styles align across the group. Through exercises, reflection and discussion, they learn to improve collaboration. For deeper insight, we offer 1:1 sessions to review profiles and embed practical actions that enhance impact.
