— Bespoke coaching, just for you

One-to-One Coaching

Coaching with Danielle

I have separated my coaching offer into some general headings below, to reflect the types of situations that bring people to coaching and to give you some inspiration.

That said, I will coach you as a whole person, not just your situation – because if you come to coaching to make changes within your career, you cannot really separate the ‘you at work’ from the ‘you at home’. Together we will create a safe space to allow you to get to the heart of the issue and make the change/s you need.

Please get in touch if you would like to chat through your specific needs.

Working parents

As a mum, I know how lovely, exciting and rewarding it is to have children; and also how overwhelming and stressful it can be too. Life changes, and it can be a real challenge to reconcile that change with your career as well.

Having a coach is a really good support to help you feel prepared and discover your own new rhythm to being a working parent. From supporting you to have more confidence and feel more empowered to have difficult conversations at work, to supporting you to work through that dreaded parent guilt, coaching allows you the time and space to think through the unknowns – helping you to gain clarity and move into this next chapter in a way that works best for you.

Life coaching

If you want to make a change, whatever it is (whether you know what it is yet or not), then having a thinking partner to support you, challenge you and hold you accountable can make all the difference.

As a coach, I provide a safe, non-judgemental and supportive space to help evaluate your strengths, interests, passions and values in order to work out the right path for you, discover what change is needed, and have the confidence to move towards making that change.

Leadership

Whether you are a new, aspiring or established leader, I will coach you to become more effective in your role and reach your full potential, as well as to balance a demanding role with home life.

Many senior leaders don’t feel they can openly discuss concerns or challenges with those around them, and so having a coach in your corner who provides a confidential, open and positively challenging space can be really beneficial. That time to really focus on you can help keep your approach fresh and relevant.

Professional

Coaching provides an opportunity for you to develop your professional skills, such as time management and productivity, communication (effective listening, questioning, building rapport, etc), public speaking, assertiveness, and more – helping to achieve your full potential and thrive in your current role.

I am also an authorised provider of DISC, which is a great self-assessment tool that looks at your behaviour and communication preferences, providing useful insight into how you behave and communicate in different situations.

Retirement

For many people, approaching retirement requires the same process of self-analysis, discussion and planning as you would go through with any career change or change of direction.

Whether you’re going into this next chapter or you’re already in it, coaching is a great support to help you look at all of your options and gain clarity on what it is you really want and need going forwards.

Career

Career progression can take many forms – from a promotion to a complete change of direction or starting something new – and having a coach can be really useful in helping you to work through what this looks like and make it happen.

I will work with you to identify your key strengths, values and motivators, including understanding what you need from your career from a personal, family and financial perspective. We will also work through any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, so that you can confidently take the next step in your career.

Wellness

Coaching is designed to help you realise your potential and build the skills you need to be your best self – everyone can benefit from this, wherever you are in life.

Whether you are looking to create a better balance in life or wanting to shift your mindset about something specific, coaching can help you move away from unhelpful patterns of behaviour that are no longer working for you and incorporate self-care in ways that can be sustained.
